Amazon Gift Card From Ipsos Isay Showed Invalid Code After Redemption

On 09.08.2025, I redeemed 263 points on Ipsos Isay to receive a gift card for use on Amazon Turkey, and the code was sent to me via email. However, when I tried to use the code on my Amazon account, I received a warning saying “Promotion usage is limited to one time only,” and the code became invalid. I had previously redeemed an Amazon gift card once before through Ipsos Isay and used it without any issues, but this was my second redemption. I reported this problem to Ipsos Isay customer service, but they informed me that they were on vacation and that their response might take a long time. I request that the points I spent on this gift card are not wasted and that I am provided with a valid Amazon gift card code to resolve this issue.
