X Direct Messages Not Working On iPhone Since December
I have been unable to use the direct message feature on X (Twitter) since 5 December 2025 on my iPhone. I cannot send any messages, I cannot see incoming messages, and my DM inbox does not open at all, which prevents me from communicating with other users. I have tried every basic solution I can think of, including updating the application, logging out and logging back in, deleting and reinstalling the app, and trying again, but the problem has not been resolved. I attempted to contact X support about this issue but I could not establish proper communication or get any help. I request that this technical problem with my direct messages be identified and fixed as soon as possible so that I can use the messaging feature again as before and continue communicating normally on the platform.
