iPhone 15 Pro Max Can't Access Online Games via Mobile Data
I purchased an iPhone 15 Pro Max in September 2024. Until January, I could access online games using mobile data without any issues. However, since January, I’ve been unable to connect to online games with mobile data, which is frustrating.
I contacted Apple customer support, but they claimed the issue isn’t with the phone and advised me to contact my mobile carrier (Vodafone). When I reached out to Vodafone, they said there was no problem on their end and dismissed the issue without providing any solutions.
I’m stuck between the two companies, with neither offering any real help. What could be causing this problem, and how can it be resolved? I need a prompt solution, as this issue is impacting my gaming experience.
