Intimissimi Quality Control Issues - Faulty Bra Delivered

I've gotten faulty items twice from Intimissimi online. When I took off the tag from the first bra, I saw that the straps were sewn incorrectly. When I put on the second item, a Cashmere Ultra-Thin Sweater, I noticed small tears in multiple spots. Sure thing, I'll return the second item, but I'm confused about why these faulty products were shipped. Shelling out a bunch of cash for a bra and getting a defective one is just ridiculous.
