Interactive Brokers Account Opening and Withdrawal Problems
I opened an account with Interactive Brokers and transferred 2000 TL for trial purposes. After some back-and-forth regarding documents and questions, my account was finally set up. However, I decided not to use the application because I didn't like its interface, and I initiated the process to withdraw my balance.
Despite providing proof that I am the bank account holder with receipts, statements, and screenshots, they insist that I must speak with a customer representative due to security reasons before they can process my withdrawal. If I don't comply, my funds will remain with them.
It's frustrating to see how difficult it is to access my own money. I genuinely wonder why they complicate such a simple process. I wouldn't use your services to manage my portfolio if I can't even withdraw a small amount of money.
