Instagram Disabled My Account Without Warning After 10 Years

I have been actively using my Instagram account with the username “c5”** for approximately 10 years. On July 1, 2025, my account was suddenly disabled without any prior warning or notification of a rule violation. I have not posted any advertisements, sales content, giveaways, or other commercial material recently, nor have I linked my account to any third-party apps or games or engaged in any risky activity.
Since my account was disabled, I have tried many times to log in, but I have not received any explanation either through the app or by email. I have also been unable to properly access any support channels. As a result, I do not know why my account was closed, and I am unable to exercise my right to appeal.
This account contains photos and videos that I have taken with my family and friends over the past 10 years, all of which have very high sentimental value to me and are stored in my Instagram archive. My entire social circle and social life are also centered around this account, so its sudden closure has caused me significant distress and hardship.
I am requesting that my account be reactivated. If reactivation is not possible, I at least ask to be granted temporary access so that I can back up the photos and videos stored in my archive. I respectfully request that this account, which I believe has not violated any rules, be reviewed, reopened, and that the harm I have suffered be addressed.
