On 12 October 2025, my personal Instagram account @aleksandra_she***a96_ was suddenly disabled with a notice that I had allegedly violated the community guidelines. I have never posted content that violates these rules and I used this account only as my personal profile with my own photos. The account is registered to the email address alya.sheveleva.she***[email protected]. After the blocking, I followed the instructions from Instagram and submitted an appeal, including sending my passport as requested to confirm my identity. Despite providing all the required documents, my account was still disabled without a clear explanation of what specific rule I supposedly violated. I respectfully request a full restoration of my Instagram account as it contains my personal photos and I believe the disabling was a mistake. I ask for a proper review of my case and for my access to the account to be reinstated.
