I Can't Follow Anyone on Instagram, It's Not Working!

I've been having this ongoing issue on Instagram – can't seem to follow anyone. I've shot you a few messages about it over the past couple of months, but no luck so far. isn't this your job? who should we go to when run into a problem like this?? It's getting a bit annoying because it's messing with my whole social vibe on the platform, you know? Any chance you could look into it and sort things out? Would really appreciate it! Thanks a bunch!
