Tryinnerly Unauthorized Subscription Charge

I am writing regarding an unauthorized subscription charge made by Tryinnerly.co to my Visa Debit card via PAY.COGNIUS.APP. On August 31, 2026, an amount of 39.99 USD (57.03 CAD) was debited from my card under the description “PAY.COGNIUS.APP TRYINNERLY.CO – study fees,” even though I did not authorize any subscription or recurring payment with this company. I only noticed this charge when reviewing my account transactions. I did not knowingly subscribe to any paid service from Tryinnerly.co, and I never gave clear consent for a recurring charge. I contacted the company by email to cancel any possible account or subscription and to request a refund, but I have not received any response. The charge on August 31, 2026 falls within a 30‑day cancellation period, and I do not accept this payment. I prohibit Tryinnerly.co and PAY.COGNIUS.APP from debiting any further amounts from my card for any reason. I request that the full amount of 39.99 USD be refunded to my card within 48 hours and that any current or future subscription linked to my details be cancelled immediately. I also ask that my personal and card data be deleted from their systems and that written confirmation of the refund and cancellation be provided.
