Tryinnelly Unauthorized €39.99 Charge After IQ Test

I recently used the Tryinnelly website to do IQ tests and, without my clear consent or request, 39.99 Euros were taken from my account today. I did not ask for any paid service, nor did I knowingly subscribe to anything, and I am not interested in this offer. I consider this debit to be improper and I have not yet been able to obtain any explanation from Tryinnelly, as I have not contacted them before writing this complaint. With this complaint, I formally request the full refund of 39.99 Euros that was taken from my account and, if any subscription has been created without my knowledge, I ask for its immediate cancellation so that no further payments are taken.
