ING Misled Me With a 49 Percent Welcome Interest Offer
ING Bank told us over the phone that they would offer a 49% welcome interest rate. Trusting this, we deposited our money into the bank, only to find out the next day that the interest rate was not 49% but 30%. We requested that the phone recordings be reviewed, explained that they had promised us 49%, and pointed out that they were using this as a marketing tactic. Unfortunately, our concerns were completely ignored. They claim to offer 49% interest, but they don’t actually deliver. Just a heads-up for anyone considering it.
