ING Bank Promised Refund Campaign Reward Still Not Credited
I am experiencing a serious grievance regarding ING Bank's ₺3,500 refund campaign. When the campaign was first offered to me, I immediately called customer service and asked for all the details. During this conversation, it was clearly stated that I was eligible to benefit from the campaign. Relying on this information, I fulfilled the campaign requirements by using my ING account via mobile banking and regularly transferring money to the account for three months. Despite approximately one month passing since then, no refund has been credited to my account. When I called customer service again about this issue, I realized that the campaign conditions were now being explained differently than in the first conversation. Receiving different and inconsistent information about the same campaign every time I call has seriously damaged my trust as a customer. I believe that I have fully met the conditions that were explained to me at the beginning of the campaign and I therefore request that the ₺3,500 refund I am entitled to be deposited into my account as soon as possible. Otherwise, I would like to clearly state that I will no longer work with ING Bank in any way.
