Please Add My Money to IN999 Account

I deposited 300 via UPI on 29-04-2026 to my In999 game account, but the money has not been added to my game balance. The amount was deducted from my account, yet it is still not reflected in the game. I tried to contact In999 customer service about this issue, but the customer service line is not connecting and I could not reach any support. Because of this, I have no information about what happened to my payment. I request that my missing deposit of 300 be either added to my In999 game account balance as soon as possible or refunded to my original payment method after checking the transaction.
