iMile Delivered Broken Parcel With Missing Item - Unsatisfied Costumer




I placed an order with Shein that included, among other items, a dress. The parcel was delivered to me by iMile on 06/12/2025, and when I received it the box was broken and one item, the dress, was missing from inside. I immediately contacted Shein customer service to explain that the box had arrived damaged and that the dress was not in the parcel. However, I was told that all items had been put in the box and that it was not their responsibility, and I was directed to contact the delivery company. For the last three months I have been going back and forth trying to get this issue resolved, instead of Shein taking responsibility for an order that was delivered in a broken box with a missing item. Because the dress never arrived to me, I am requesting a full refund for the missing dress and for Shein to accept responsibility for this problem, rather than shifting the blame to the delivery company after such a long and exhausting process.

The package I ordered arrived damaged, and the dress that was supposed to be inside was missing. Shein and iMile kept shifting responsibility onto each other. I have been waiting for a solution for three months, but there has been no result. This situation has been very disappointing.
