Poor Customer Service Regarding BILLY/OXBERG at Ikea

I recently bought a 237cm bookcase with a Billy Oxberg glass cover from IKEA Online. When it arrived, the covers were missing from the box. We called to ask for replacements and were told that IKEA had sent them wrong. A week later a box showed up, but unfortunately, it wasn't just one cover. After this, eight calls were made to IKEA, and each time they said someone would get back to us in 48 hours - but no one ever did. It was an extremely frustrating experience that proved how unprofessional and unreliable IKEA can be when it comes to providing customers with their products and services. From this experience, I've learned not to underestimate what you could face when shopping at IKEA - please don't make the same mistake as me!
