IKEA BILLY Bookcase With OXBERG Covers Shipping And Stock Problem

I purchased a BILLY bookcase with OXBERG covers from the IKEA Bayrampasa store and opted for a home delivery service. However, my products were delivered incompletely. While the bookcase body was delivered, the OXBERG covers were missing. When I contacted the shipping department, they explained that the OXBERG covers were out of stock. Firstly, how is a product that is out of stock being sold? I was advised to visit the store for a refund. I made the trip back to the store, received my refund, and decided to order OXBERG covers online this time as they were available in the online stock. I received a shipping message stating the covers would be delivered between 14:00-17:00 today. However, no one showed up or called during the specified hours. Upon calling customer service, I was informed that shipping hours extend until 21:00, and I needed to wait until then. Why send a message to schedule a shipping appointment if the delivery hours can be extended without notice? Despite organizing my work and schedule accordingly, I'm now told to wait at home until 21:00. The entire process has been a significant inconvenience and is not reflective of the service expected from a corporate company like IKEA. Additionally, customer service couldn't provide detailed information on the matter. The unprofessionalism during this incident and the time lost have severely shaken my trust in the brand. At this point, I'm reluctant to use IKEA's shipping service again.
