Poor Customer Service Regarding BILLY/OXBERG at Ikea
I recently bought a 237cm bookcase with a Billy Oxberg glass cover from IKEA Online. When it arrived, the covers were mi...ssing from the box. We called to ask for replacements and were told that IKEA had sent them wrong. A week later a box showed up, but unfortunately, it wasn't just one cover. After
