IKEA Lost Item Delivery Problem
We realized that the Billy Oxberg bookcase we bought from IKEA was not been delivered to us, I opened a record about it.... It has been about 20 days, I call them almost every day for a copy of the delivery report or information about my undelivered product. But I can't get a response, this is annoying
