My Disappointing Experience with IKEA Blanket

I've always admired IKEA's stylish and reasonably priced home furnishings. My recent experience with an IKEA blanket, on the other hand, has left me very disappointed. IKEA drew me in with its vibrant colors and appealing fabric patterns, so I bought a lovely blanket. It appeared to be the ideal addition to my home decor. Unfortunately, my joy was short-lived. I noticed that the colors on the blanket were fading dramatically after only a few years of use. To put it into perspective, I compared the IKEA blanket to my trusted 20-year-old blanket, and the difference was striking. The IKEA blanket, which was only a few years old, appeared more worn than my decades-old one. What confuses me, even more, is that IKEA promotes its products as being environmentally friendly and recyclable. The blanket's label even stated that it could be repurposed. However, if a product deteriorates to this extent in just a few years, it calls the durability and quality of the materials used into question.
