My Hyundai Tucson Shakes on Start

I have a 27,000 km Hyundai Tucson Elite 1.6L (DSL) CRD dct 2wd w/o sr. Due to clutch issues, the car shakes when starting. I took it to Erdemir, the authorized service center, twice. They claimed to have connected it to the diagnostics tool, but no reference values were provided. In reality, when you drive and test the car, you'll notice significant tremors during starts, which can be unsettling. My conversation with Hyundai Turkey produced no real results; they simply repeated the same script without any checks. They don't stand behind their brand or provide advice. They made no mention of potential solutions or paid fixes. It's one of my biggest regrets in life. It appears that the attitude is, 'You bought the car, now deal with it.' They are aware of the issue but refuse to help.
