Hello, on Saturday, October 14, 2023, at 3:00 PM, my visit to Hyundai Ata Plaza took an unexpected turn. I was interested in the Hyundai Tucson 1.6 tgdi Prime with front and rear parking sensors. Its list price was 1,630,000 TL, but it was advertised at 1,490,000 TL as part of a promotion. The reason I'm detailing this is that I want Hyundai officials to review the security camera footage. As soon as I entered the dealership, the saleswoman claimed they didn't have the car. However, the vehicle was on display, and they had placed sold signs on vehicles, making them inaccessible. If the car was indeed sold, why were the doors open, and why were prospective customers inspecting it? In short, it seems they're withholding available cars by falsely claiming they're sold. I hope that responsible Hyundai executives can find a solution to this issue. If no effective response is provided, I will take the necessary steps to contact the Ministry of Commerce.
