I purchased a 2022 Hyundai model a year ago in May. Since then, I've been constantly frustrated by the frequent depletion of DEF (Diesel Exhaust Fluid), which I have to refill monthly, incurring extra costs. Later, the vehicle started having acceleration issues.
At 30,000 km, the service center identified a particle filter problem, which they cleaned. It improved slightly, but the issue recurred after two months. They suggested replacing it if the problem persisted after another cleaning.
Three months later, the particle filter malfunctioned again. During a holiday trip, I had to drive slowly due to engine locking. With everywhere closed for the holiday, I couldn't take it to a Hyundai service center.
