Hyundai Hassles With Unnecessary After-sales Maintenance Intervals
The Hyundai distributor in Türkiye completely disregards the growth of electric vehicle sales and customer support. They don't hesitate to call for maintenance every 15,000 km, wasting time and money, and losing customers. Because of this, I'm not considering selling my car and never buying another Hyundai. Headquarters should investigate why sales of Hyundai vehicles are falling while Tesla sales are increasing in Türkiye.
The customer representative speaks vaguely and is not helpful at all. They just repeated the same things in a memorized way and ended the call. Unfortunately, Hyundai has an approach far from providing solutions and does not seem to care about customer satisfaction.
