Hyundai Gave Me a Faulty Battery in My Bayon and Did Nothing

We have a Hyundai Bayon that’s just 7 months old with only 8,000 km. Due to a malfunction, the car wouldn’t start and had to be towed to the authorized Hyundai Coşkunlar service center in Çekmeköy. The issue turned out to be a faulty battery. The service center told us the battery was made by Yiğit Akü and that they don’t handle battery issues — we had to deal directly with Yiğit Akü. Meanwhile, the car sat in the service center for 15 days. Yiğit Akü said they no longer manufacture the 45-amp battery the car uses and that it’s not available on the market. They installed a different battery instead, but it failed within a week. When I contacted Hyundai service again, they said Yiğit Akü was responsible. Yiğit Akü said Hyundai should handle it. Hyundai has been a complete disappointment. Yiğit Akü has been just as disappointing. Hyundai is a so-called corporate brand that sells vehicles with cheap, low-quality parts like these and then refuses to back them up with proper warranty or service.

No one from Hyundai has called me in any way. The battery service says they get 10 of these cars a day and that a 45 amp battery should be installed in this car. When companies like Mercedes and BMW make a mistake, they recall their vehicles. Here, let alone a recall, Hyundai doesn't even offer a solution for the faulty car. And no one is calling to check either.
