Loud Staff Disrupted My Spa Experience at Hyatt Regency

Today, between 8:00 p.m. and 9:00 p.m., I was relaxing in the Levana SPA lounge area at Hyatt Regency Istanbul Ataköy when I was repeatedly disturbed by the receptionist on duty. She was speaking loudly and laughing frequently, which made it difficult to enjoy the quiet atmosphere of the spa.

A spa is meant to be a place of peace, relaxation, and tranquility. Guests use these areas specifically to unwind, so I believe the staff should also help maintain that environment by speaking quietly, behaving professionally, and being mindful of guests who are resting nearby.

This experience did not reflect the level of service I expect from the Hyatt Regency brand or the relaxing atmosphere that Levana SPA is known for. I respectfully request that this incident be reviewed and that the staff working in the spa area be reminded to keep their voices down, maintain a professional demeanor, and prioritize guest comfort.
