My Hummel Sneaker Linings Tore After Only Six Uses

I purchased a pair of sneakers from the Hummel store at Forum Gaziantep Mall at the end of October. I did not wear them for approximately three months after the purchase. After returning from a trip abroad, I wore them only five or six times in total. Despite such limited use, the interior linings came apart, the inside tore, and the shoes developed a terrible appearance. I regularly rotate between different shoes, so I cannot accept this level of deterioration after so little use.
Approximately one month ago, I took the shoes to the Hummel store at Forum Gaziantep Mall. I explained that this level of damage was not normal and likely resulted from a manufacturing or material defect. However, the employees simply stated that the warranty had expired and dismissed my complaint without offering a solution. They did not offer an inspection, repair, replacement, or any other alternative.
The shoes had a listed price of approximately $78, and I paid around $57 after receiving a first-purchase discount. I still have the receipt. Interior linings should not fall apart after only a few uses on shoes sold at this price, and Hummel’s indifference clearly demonstrates its approach to product quality and customer satisfaction. I want other customers to see this experience and think carefully before choosing this brand.
