Hummel Denies Refund After Sneakers Tear Within Two Months

About three months ago, I purchased a pair of sneakers for my daughter from the Hummel store at Mall of Antalya. Even though the shoes were used for only about two months, noticeable tears developed on the front and sides, and I also saw that the glue on the sole had started to come apart.
I took the product back to the store where I purchased it, and a service record was opened. A few days later, I was contacted and told that the damage was due to user error, and the shoes were returned to me in the same condition. I do not accept that a product which wore out this badly in such a short time can simply be labeled as user error, with all responsibility placed on the customer.
I believe I have been treated unfairly due to Hummel customer service’s approach to this matter. I am requesting that the shoes be re-examined in a more detailed and objective manner, and that the product be recognized as defective so that either a replacement or a refund is provided. I also request that the review process and its outcome be clearly explained to me in writing.
My case number is 1-R-7-5856711.
