Mavi Shirt Shrank After First Wash, Refund Request Denied

I purchased a shirt from the Mavi store in Nevşehir Kapadokya Forum AVM. After washing it for the first time according to the washing instructions, the shirt shrank and shortened so much that I could no longer wear it. I took the product to the store and requested support. After the examination, I was informed that the result was “user error” and that no action would be taken. I do not accept this, because a product that shrinks and becomes unusable after the very first wash points to a production or fabric problem rather than user misuse. I kindly request that my product be exchanged with a fault-free one or that a refund be made. I expect this unjust situation to be reviewed again and resolved in my favor.
