Uber Driver App Not Working on Huawei Nova 12s
I purchased a Huawei Nova 12s from the official Huawei website for my father, who works as a taxi driver using the Uber Driver app. Unfortunately, the app doesn’t function due to the phone’s operating system limitations. Despite heavy advertising claiming the Google Play issue has been resolved, the device does not support Google services, which renders essential apps unusable.
As a result, I initiated a return request immediately and am now waiting for the refund process to be completed. I trusted Huawei’s claims, but this has been a frustrating experience. I expect Huawei to process my refund promptly and address the compatibility issues with their devices to prevent further inconvenience for their customers.
