My Huawei Macfit 2 Died While Swimming

I recently purchased a Huawei Macfit 2 smartwatch, which suddenly shut off while I was swimming in the sea. When I sent it to the service center, KVK quoted me ₺10,379 for repairs, even though the watch's current retail price is only ₺3,000. Huawei's customer service has been unhelpful and not solution-oriented at all. They simply responded with a vague excuse about a scratch on the screen.
Three days later, KVK called asking if I wanted to have the device repaired, and I declined. Today, I received a message from Teknosa saying that the process for my device is ongoing. I checked the KVK system and saw that the price had dropped to 800 TL. I called KVK, and they said my device is in the shipping process. This has turned into a very interesting story.
