Huawei Service Returned My Matebook 14 with Missing Screws After Repair


Dear Sir/Madam, I am writing to inform you that I submitted my Huawei Matebook 14 2024 14.2 Intel Ultra 7 16GB+1TB (FLMH-X) Green model laptop to your service center on January 28, 2025, due to liquid damage. However, I was given an unreasonable repair cost of ₺27,000 for a device valued at ₺45,000. Considering the product's value and the severity of the issue, this situation is unacceptable. After deciding not to proceed with the repair and retrieving my device, I discovered that some screws securing the laptop casing were missing, which indicates a lack of care during reassembly. This clearly shows that proper attention was not given by your service team. My requests are as follows: the missing screws to be provided and properly installed, identification and repair of any further damage that may have occurred during the service process, and a transparent review of the entire service procedure. If these issues are not resolved, I will escalate this matter to the Consumer Arbitration Committee and other relevant authorities. I kindly request a prompt response to this matter.
