Huawei Service Center Failed to Deliver My P30

I live in Urla, which is part of Izmir. There isn't a Huawei service office there. On March 21, I gave my Huawei P30 phone to a friend in Istanbul and asked him to take it to the Huawei-authorized service center in Maltepe. He paid the fee and was told that he would get the tracking number via SMS in a week, but I didn't get any. When I called back a week later, they said they couldn't make the delivery because my address had been taken off the list. When my friend picked up the phone, there was no sim card slot. I'm still waiting for the package to be sent. KVK was cheaper and more reasonable, but the Huawei-approved service center disappointed me.
