Huawei Free Arc Has Poor Sound Quality - They Refused to Accept My Return

I bought the Huawei Free Arc earbuds from their website, anticipating good sound quality, but what I received was disappointing and didn't meet my expectations at all. Having used wireless earbuds frequently, I can assert that these fall short of the experience I anticipated. I was informed that I couldn't return them because they are classified as a hygiene product. How can a customer assess sound quality without having the chance to try them out? A quick five-minute test made it clear they weren't the right fit for me, but now I'm left with a product I don't want. The return policy seems overly limiting and unjust, turning this purchase into a regrettable experience.
