I purchased a Huawei Fit 3 smartwatch through Trendyol around February 28, 2026. I have been wearing the watch regularly as intended. However, during the past week, I began experiencing a serious skin reaction on the area of my wrist that comes into contact with the heart rate sensor on the underside of the watch.

What initially appeared as redness gradually developed into crusting and irritation. The affected area now resembles a burn-like wound, which has become increasingly uncomfortable and concerning from a health perspective. Because the irritation appeared specifically where the watch maintains contact with my skin, I am concerned that the device or its materials may be contributing to the problem.

To date, I have not contacted Huawei or Trendyol customer service regarding this issue. However, the fact that a wearable device designed for continuous skin contact has caused this level of irritation has significantly reduced my confidence in the product.

In addition to the physical discomfort, I am concerned about the potential health implications of continued use. As a result, I no longer feel comfortable wearing the smartwatch and do not believe I can continue using it safely.

For these reasons, I request a full refund for my Huawei Fit 3 smartwatch. I also request compensation for any medical expenses incurred as a result of the skin irritation and injury that developed while using the product under normal conditions.

I respectfully ask that my complaint be reviewed carefully and that a prompt resolution be provided. I would also appreciate an investigation into whether similar incidents have been reported by other users to help prevent comparable issues in the future.
