Poor Customer Service and Delayed Repairs on My HP Victus 16 Laptop
I sent my laptop, the HP Victus 16, in for service on April 8, 2024. Even though it's been 20 business days, I'm still waiting for a part to arrive from overseas. I reached out to customer service to ask for a new device, and they filed a complaint for me. I was promised an update within 48 hours, but I'm still waiting.
I am really annoyed with HP and BDH Bilişim. Can you please send me a new device as soon as possible? I'm tired of waiting any longer.

HP called and said they have initiated the process for device replacement. 1-2 hours later, they called again and made the following offer: they said they have devices with replaced parts in their service center, and offered to give one of those. I declined and they mentioned that a new device would come from abroad and it would take 4 weeks. I couldn't get any other information and I am requesting you to expedite the process. My sister is a university student, and I earn money from editing and assembly work. Please expedite the process. Thank you.
