I bought a bagless vacuum cleaner from Hotpoint-Ariston (Hotpoint Service Center), model SL M07 A4H b F101337. It has a 350W motor and a Turbo head. At first, the handle of the device broke, but I fixed it with tape and kept using it. Just last week, the hose connection broke. I really liked how well the product performed, so I decided to look for replacement parts, specifically the hose-pipe set. I heard that Vestel is in charge of spare parts, so I reached out to the closest Vestel dealer. I was disappointed to find out that because the factory is closed, there are no spare parts available. The warranty that lasted for 3.5 years is now over, and I'm wondering if the company has any obligation to offer spare parts for a total of 10 years. If my current situation isn't taken care of, I'm thinking about not buying anything from this brand.
