Arçelik Service Burned My Refrigerator’s Card and Refuses to Provide a Replacement
The serviceman who came to fix the refrigerator’s hinge ended up burning the refrigerator’s card, and now the refrigerator can’t be replaced. Not only were we left without a fridge throughout August, but we’ve also had to deal with the unprofessional behavior of the authorized service in Gebze Mustafa Paşa district. They even delayed cargo shipments in this mess. We’re exhausted from hearing the same thing over and over: "We called, but couldn’t reach them," even though no one called. Shockingly, a company like Arçelik won’t take responsibility for the mistake they made. I’ve called customer service 20-30 times, and every time I’m forced to explain the situation again. They close all complaints in the background, just to avoid resolving the issue. If you think filing a complaint will get it solved, you’re mistaken. Our refrigerator is still not fixed, and no replacement has been provided. We’re currently trying to return the consignment product they offered us. By the way, it’s been 1.5 months now.
