Hotmail Won't Let Me Access My Account Despite Correct Password and Security Answer

I can't get into my email account at s*********@hotmail.com, even though I know the password and the answer to my security question. I've attempted to get help and support several times, but I've heard nothing back. This problem has messed things up for me since all my other accounts are tied to this email, and now I can't get into any of them. I've been struggling with this for years, and it feels like there's no real support or direct contact to help me sort it out. I'm hoping this issue gets sorted out quickly.
