I made a reservation on hotels.com and paid the bill by credit card. The total amount was clearly stated during the booking process, and I double-checked it before confirming. When I came back from the vacation I checked my credit card and found out that they withdrew more than they were supposed to. There were no extra services or charges during my stay that could justify the difference. I sent messages to hotels.com but no one contacted me to give information or provide a solution about the subject. This lack of response has been quite frustrating, especially after trusting the platform for my travel plans.
