Refund Delayed for Canceled Trip - Unable to Contact Hotels.com
I canceled my trip nearly 20 days ago, but I still have not received my refund. Can you please respond to me? I am unable to reach anyone for assistance, and there is no representative available to help.
I would appreciate any information regarding this matter. I have also sent an email but have not received a reply. It is frustrating to be left without support from Hotels.com during this time. Thank you for your attention to this issue.
