Hotels.com Has No Customer Support & Misleading Location Search

Hotels.com has no proper customer support—there is no contact email, phone number, or live chat to reach an actual representative. If you have a problem, there is no way to get help.

I searched for a hotel in a specific location, but the app displayed hotels in a different district without clear indication. As a result, I accidentally booked a hotel in the wrong location and ended up wasting my money.

Since there is no support team to resolve issues, I had no way to cancel or request a refund. This is completely unacceptable! Hotels.com must fix its search algorithm and provide real customer service. I demand a refund for my incorrect booking!
