I Booked the Wrong Date on Hotels.com and Can’t Cancel or Reach Support

I accidentally booked a hotel in Amasya through the Hotels.com app for August instead of March, which was my original plan. As soon as I noticed the mistake, I tried to cancel or change the reservation, but I couldn’t find any working customer service number or a real person to help me.

There’s no direct support, and the app keeps leading me in circles. I just want to cancel this booking before it’s too late, but there’s no clear way to fix the issue or speak with someone who can assist.

This is urgent. Hotels.com, please respond and help me cancel this mistaken reservation immediately. I need support—not silence—when things go wrong.
