Hotels.com Reservation Cancellation Issue: Unable to Reach Customer Service
I made a reservation using Hotels.com and attempted to get in touch with their customer service to cancel it. Unfortunately, I couldn't reach them in time, and the cancellation deadline expired. I need my problem taken care of. The hotel owner made a reservation for me using Hotels.com and informed me that I would have to settle the payment upon arrival at the hotel. I received a call from the hotel. I need my problem taken care of right away. I really hope Hotels.com can get on top of this and help me out with my reservation problem ASAP.
