Hotels.com Failed to Refund My Cancelled Reservation
After reaching out to Hotels.com, they confirmed that our reservation would be cancelled and we would receive a refund. It's been around six weeks, but I still haven't received my refund. We haven't gotten any emails, messages, or anything at all. We are really unhappy. We still haven't gotten our money back. We have not had a satisfactory experience with Hotels.com.
