Double Charged for Stay at Eras Hotel Alanya via Hotels.com – No Support from Hotel

In August 2024, I booked a vacation at Eras Hotel Alanya through Hotels.com, and the payment was taken during the reservation process. However, when we arrived at the hotel, they asked us to make another payment. This resulted in a double charge, forcing us to pay twice the price for our stay. Despite contacting the hotel for assistance, they provided no help. Even though I have bank records showing both payments, I haven’t been able to reach anyone to resolve the issue. I expect Hotels.com and the hotel to address this and refund the extra payment as soon as possible.
