I can’t access my coins on Hotbit as the exchange has shut down, and I wasn’t informed about it—no messages or notifications. I had long-term investments stored there, and now I’m left wondering if they’ve all become worthless. How can an exchange with so many users just close down without warning? I urgently need assistance in retrieving my investments. This situation is unacceptable, and I expect a proper resolution.
