I Face Vanished AGS Coin Balance on Gate.io and Request Urgent Refund

On September 23, 2025, my AGS Coin balance on the Gate.io mobile app suddenly disappeared. In the morning, I had ₺8,811 worth of AGS Coin in my account, and I even took a screenshot of my balance. However, when I logged back into my account later, my AGS Coin balance had dropped to zero, and the AGS coin no longer appeared anywhere on the platform.

I believe this issue occurred due to a technical error or system malfunction. I haven’t yet contacted Gate.io Customer Support—this is my first time submitting a complaint regarding the issue. My registered email address is s**@gmail.com**.

I request that my missing balance be restored immediately, that my account be reviewed, and that I receive a clear explanation of why this happened. I expect a prompt resolution to this matter.
