Hot Wheels Mercedes-Benz 300 SL Product Missing Two Parts

Yesterday, I purchased a Hot Wheels Mercedes-Benz 300 SL logo-shaped product from the Toyz Shop store at İzmir Optimum AVM, but unfortunately, I discovered that two parts that should have been included with the product were completely missing from the box.
Since I only purchased the product yesterday, I have not yet contacted the store or customer service regarding this issue.
I expect Hot Wheels to send me the two missing parts that should have been included in the box and resolve my issue as quickly as possible. I hope this matter will be handled promptly and that I will receive the missing parts without any further inconvenience.
