HotForex Bonus Account Closure Without Margin Call Warning

I started trading with HotForex using a bonus account... I began with a $2800 investment with a 100% bonus account... Within one week, I accumulated over $2000 in profit... Then, things turned around, and my margin level reached 166%... Suddenly, within seconds, my screen went blank... The issue here isn't just the trades going south; how does the screen shut down when the margin is at this level? There was no margin call warning through notification or email... A margin call alert, for investor-friendly firms, means either strengthening your margin, cutting positions, or closing losing trades... It's better than being stopped out... In my conversation with a company representative, they claimed that my account was closed because the deposited amount in the bonus account was in the red... It's the most absurd excuse and a deceptive tactic... It wasn't even near the data hour, and my account suddenly took a turn for the worse... And when the margin level dropped below 100%, there was no app notification, email, or any form of communication with me... Unfortunately, they deserve to be categorized as firms where investment should never be made again.
