Hornet premium charged me without consent and blocked access, how can I reverse this?

If Hornet charged you for Premium without consent and blocked your access, and you want to reverse it;

Check the charge first;

• Open your bank/app statement
• Note:
– Amount charged
– Date
– Merchant name
• Screenshot the transaction

Check Hornet account and email;

• Log in (if possible) → Subscriptions/Billing
• Look for:
– Active Premium subscription
– Billing history
• Check email (including Spam) for:
– “Subscription confirmation”
– “Receipt”
• Screenshot anything relevant

Cancel the subscription;

• If you can access the subscription settings:
– Cancel immediately to stop future charges

Contact Hornet Support;

• Explain you were charged without consent and your access is blocked
• Provide:
– Username/email
– Date & amount charged
– Screenshot of bank statement
• Ask them to:
– Refund the unauthorized charge
– Restore your account access or cancel the subscription
– Provide a clear response timeline
